YOU, THE USER, FOR YOUR PERSONAL ENTERTAINMENT, INFORMATION, AND EDUCATION, BY PAEONY PUBLISHING LIMITED (" PAEONY ") ON

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. Do you have to provide personal information to interact with The Product?
You don't have to register to sample SOME of our games, you can visit The Product as a guest while remaining anonymous by not providing any personal information (although you may not be able to access all of the features and functionalities of the Product if you do not register with The paeony club). In some cases, The Product may automatically collect information from your visit but such information does not enable us to identify you personally in any way. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, the domain name of your Internet service provider and/or the Web site from which you linked to The Product.
B. What kind of personal information will The paeony club ask you to provide and why?
In order to register for The paeony club, we require you to provide us with the following personal information: your name (or screen name), full e-mail address, birthdate and gender. You can opt whether or not to provide the following additional personal information when registering for The paeony club: country of residence, zip/postal code, your education level, marital status, income level and the number of children in your household.
REMEMBER: PAEONY WILL NOT COLLECT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU UNLESS YOU PROVIDE IT TO US VOLUNTARILY. ALSO, REMEMBER: PERSONAL INFORMATION VOLUNTARILY DISCLOSED BY YOU DURING GAME PLAY CAN BE COLLECTED BY OTHER USERS OF SUCH SERVICES AND MAY RESULT IN UNSOLICITED MESSAGES.
C. How does The paeony club use your personal information?
Advertisers do not receive any specific personal information. paeony only provides our advertisers with aggregate information (mass information used to show trends and patterns) about the people using our site. We use the information we collect to learn what you like and improve this Product and our other products. Sometimes we will e-mail you to tell you about new things you can do online or new products that may interest you. Sometimes we share information about our visitors with other organizations.
Again, we do not provide personal information, only information in aggregate form. You do not have to participate in any surveys. From time to time paeony may solicit your opinion to help us figure out what you like and don't like. You can choose to not participate in any of these surveys without it affecting your status as a
registered paeony contestant. Should you choose to participate, any information you give us may be used by us for further marketing purposes. In games we have developed with a partner, we may share the information we collect with the respective partner. We will clearly tell you when a survey is being done with a partner and if the information is going to be shared. Each time we ask you for information, we'll ask you if it's OK to send you e-mail based on the information or to share it with third parties.
D. What are "Cookies" are how are they used?
Cookies are small files that may be downloaded to your computer to help the operator of a web site understand your usage patterns on that product. They may also improve the performance of a site for an individual by storing on your computer such items as user passwords, computer configuration, browser type, etc. Most browsers are set to accept cookies without any action required by the user. You can alter that default setting by clicking the help button and following the instructions for your browser. However, if you set your browser not to accept cookies, some parts of The Product may not work correctly for you. paeony uses "cookie" technology to better serve our users. Cookies are pieces of information transferred to your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies are an industry standard and can be found at most major Web sites. Paeony will never use cookies to retrieve information from your computer that was not originally sent in a cookie.
E. What happens to my personal information when I link from The Product to another site such as an advertiser's site?
Other Web sites are linked to The Product, including those of advertisers whose ads appear on The Product. Those sites may have different privacy policies. If you click on a hyperlink or an advertisement, you will be leaving The Product and you may go to a site where different information is collected about you. The Product does not know, and is not responsible for, what other Web sites do with your personal information. If you want to see or correct the information you've sent us, contact us at correct@paeony.com.
Subject to security and privacy concerns, we will give you the ability to review, correct or update the information.

Children, if you are ever unsure of anything you are seeing on this Product, check with your parents or guardian. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE PERMISSION OF A PARENT OR A GUARDIAN BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT and you need to let your parent or guardian know about The Product privacy policy and get their permission before giving us any of your personal information, even information required for The paeony club registration. DON'T POST YOUR REAL NAME ON A WEB SITE, AND NEVER TELL ANYONE ONLINE ANYTHING PRIVATE ABOUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY, INCLUDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND ADDRESS. USE SCREEN NAMES AT ALL TIMES. You will be told to ask a parent before you pay for anything on any site if you are under 18. (If you buy anything online, you or your parents may send it back within thirty days if you don't open it.) Some areas of this Product may have special rules for children under the age of 18. When you are in those areas you must follow those rules.

Parents should regularly oversee their children's use of e-mail and other online communications and transactional features. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Product, , except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that paeony will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. 7. paeony has not reviewed all of the sites linked to the Product and is not responsible for the content of any off site pages or any other sites linked to the Product.
